Returns Policy
This Returns Policy regulates the conditions and circumstances in which Products are purchased by consumers.
If You are unsatisfied with Your purchase after receiving the product you may return it within 7 days of delivery at Your own cost.
The Products must be in their original purchased condition and packaging unopened and unused.
We do not accept returns on the basis that the Products are purchased on sale, clearance, and/or any promotion e.g. Black Friday.
To process your return, you can email us at support@layerupsa.com. We require a copy of your proof of purchase or order number with your contact details (name, email address, and phone number). Once your return is approved, we will be in contact with you to finalize.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to advise you if your refund was approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed automatically on your original payment method. Please note that a refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited.
Return on Defective Products
You can return defective Products, for a replacement, or refund, within 7 days of the date of purchase if You provide Your proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
